When we think of meal prep, we think of meals that make busy weeks easier. Picture this: it’s Monday, you’ve just gotten home after a long day, and the last thing you want to do is cook. Then you remember you already have meals prepped and ready to pop into the oven or microwave.
Meal prepping helps cut back on fast food and makes it possible to enjoy a home-cooked meal without the extra effort of cooking and cleaning every night. Yes, it takes a little time upfront, but in the long run, it’s absolutely worth it.
Some of our recipes are already meal-prep friendly and we’ve listed those below to get you started but starting January 12th, 2026 we’ll be sharing new recipes you can add to your list:
- Broth & Sauces:
- Sauces: Put in mason jars, fill up to the fill line on the jar, label, and freeze. Or you can put it in freezer bags – flatten it out before freezing for saving freezer space.
- Beef Bone Broth: Put in mason jars, fill up to the fill line on the jar, label, and freeze.
- Crockpot Broth: Put in mason jars, fill up to the fill line on the jar, label, and freeze.
- Gravy: Put in mason jars, fill up to the fill line on the jar, label, and freeze.
- Sides
- 6-Cheese Macaroni: Put in Mini aluminum loaf pans before baking and freeze or bake regularly, cut in portions, and freeze in a freezer bag.
- Cornbread Dressing: Put in Mini aluminum loaf pans before baking and freeze or bake regularly, cut in portions, and freeze in a freezer bag.
- Sweet Potato Biscuits: Freeze after baking and place in a freezer bag.
- Main Course
- Chicken Pot Pie (Releases January 12th)
- Beef Pot Pie (Releases January 13th)
- Vegetable Soup (Releases January 14th)
- Mini Lasagna (Releases January 15th)
