Wrapped TREAT$ Vol 2 – Crafty Little Things

Not every gift has to be fully finished to be thoughtful. You can put together a box of craft supplies that friends or family can use as a fun activity in their own homes. Think cookie-decorating kits, ornament-making sets, candle-making supplies, and more. Or, you can use your own crafty skills to create themed gifts from scratch!

Recently, I used a small cardboard suitcase to make a medkit for a Dead by Daylight–themed gift. I took the medkit and stuffed it with candy and other items.

Being crafty is really about keeping an open mind, doing a little research, and finding creative ways to bring your vision to life with the materials you have.

1. Pick your Box: Choose a box that’ll hold all of the goodies you’re gifting. Here are my favorite boxes:
   • Medium Bakery Boxes (6x6x3in)
   • Large Bakery Boxes (12x8x2.5in)
2. Collect your supplies: Whether you need piping bags, dipping sticks, sprinkles, or even cute postcards to put inside your crafty gift, make sure you gather all your supplies ahead of time. Grab the ingredients first, then pick up the tools and extras that will complete the gift.
   
   Tip: Your local Dollar Store can make this even more affordable. Here’s the supplies I’d use for these ideas:
