Every time we drop a new TREAT$ box, we send out a survey to our recipients. Their feedback helps us improve and makes our TREAT$ more delicious. For the 2024 drop, we offered a little incentive: anyone who completed the survey would be entered into a raffle to win a TREAT$ Voucher.
So, what exactly is a TREAT$ Voucher?
It’s our way of saying thank you in the most delicious way possible. Voucher recipients get to request any dish they’d like, and we make it just for them – free of charge. The only catch? It must be redeemed within six months.
After closing the TREAT$ 2024 survey, only two recipients had submitted responses. Rather than choose just one winner, we decided to show our appreciation and reward both of them (Candra H. and Albertia B.) and let them each choose more than one dish.
Albertia B. recently redeemed her TREAT$ Voucher, and after connecting with Candra H., they both decided on the same comforting meal: turkey, macaroni & cheese, mixed greens, and cornbread. So what did we make them? Check out the menu, photos, and linked recipes below! The 6-Cheese Macaroni recipe is already live, and the remaining recipes will be released the week of June 23rd, 2025.
Smothered Turkey Legs
A slow-cooked favorite of Emoni’s – seared turkey wings simmered in a rich, savory gravy with onions and bell peppers. Comfort food at its finest.
6-Cheese Macaroni
A TREAT$ staple. Creamy, flavorful, and layered with six cheeses – this mac is always a crowd-pleaser.
Mixed Greens
Our first time making this mix of collard, turnip, and mustard greens, slow-simmered in a smoked turkey broth for deep, soulful flavor.
Red Skin Mashed Potatoes
Mashed red potatoes with the skins left on – creamy, a little lumpy, and full of flavor. A hearty, no-fuss side that pairs with just about anything.
Cornbread Muffins
We keep it classic with Jiffy mix, but level it up with honey for that perfect balance of moist and slightly sweet.
And of course, dessert was a must. On the survey, we asked: If you could have any cookie flavor, what would it be? Recipients were able to list up to three flavors. To add a personal touch to their special meal, we chose a flavor from their answers and made it happen!
Rocky Road Cookies
A rich chocolate cookie loaded with chocolate chips, almonds, and marshmallows – just like the ice cream.
Lemon Cookies
Sweet, soft, and zesty—our go-to lemon cookie recipe (from The First Year Blog) is finished with a sugar topping for a bright, sweet bite.

This meal was exceptional it had some much flavor it was the best macaroni and cheese I have ever taste , the turkey was so tender it fell off the bone and the gray was sensational , the potatoe salad was superb, the collards was season to perfection and the corn bread muffins was a treat in itself and topped off with homemade sugar cookies !
