Recipe

Yields 24 deviled eggs. Serving size? Well, that’s entirely up to you—I could easily eat a thousand of these myself!

Ingredients
  • 12 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sweet relish
  • Paprika (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Boil the eggs: Place your eggs in a pot and fill it with enough water to cover them. Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let the eggs cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the ice bath: While the eggs are boiling, fill a bowl with cold water and ice cubes to create an ice bath.
  3. Cool the eggs: As soon as the eggs are done boiling, carefully transfer them to the ice bath. Let them sit for about 5 minutes to cool down and stop the cooking process.
  4. Peel the eggs: Gently tap the eggs on a hard surface to crack the shells, then roll them to loosen. Peel them under cool running water—this helps make the peeling process easier.
  5. Slice the eggs in half: Once peeled, slice each egg in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl.
  6. Make the egg filling: Add the Miracle Whip, relish, and mustard to the yolks. Use a fork or hand mixer to combine the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  7. Fill the eggs: Spoon the filling into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag (cut the tip off) and pipe the mixture into each egg half. Alternatively, you can simply spoon the filling into the eggs if you prefer.
  8. Make it Fancy (OPTIONAL): Sprinkle a little paprika on top of each egg.
  9. Serve and enjoy.

Note: Feel free to adjust the amount of relish, Miracle Whip, or mustard to suit your taste. It’s all about what you like! Some people use regular mayonnaise instead, but I prefer the sweetness that Miracle Whip adds to the filling.
