Wrapped TREAT$ Vol 1 – Bleach

Bleach is an anime that follows Ichigo Kurosaki, a teenager who unexpectedly gains the powers of a Soul Reaper – a spirit guardian tasked with battling evil spirits called Hollows and guiding departed souls. Over the course of the series, Ichigo gets caught up in life-and-death struggles across multiple supernatural realms, facing betrayals, forming alliances, and discovering new powers.

The series, including its sequel Thousand-Year Blood War, is streaming on Hulu and Disney+.

Since my brother loves this anime, I decided to create a Bleach-themed Wrapped TREAT$ for him last Christmas. I kept it simple but thoughtful: a Funko figure, a t-shirt, a necklace, a custom portrait, candy, and a delicious treat. For the food, I went with mini red velvet cookies placed in a Chinese takeout box – Bleach has so many food inspirations, but I wanted to keep it fun and easy.
